Return Policy:

All product returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from the SUM Group and must be made within thirty days. Used products may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

All returns must be complete in the original box including all manuals, cables, registration cards and support software.

Standard Shipping Rates:

Continental US Shipping rates: UPS or FedEx Ground - FREE! 2nd Day Air - $15.  Next Business Afternoon - $20.  Call for a quote on other shipping methods and destinations. From time to time we may offer other specials on shipping.  Call for same day pick up availability - locations nation wide.

Payment Terms:

Payment accepted in US $ only. Credit card orders may be placed using American Express, Visa, Master Card, Discover. We also accept PayPal payments sent to our PayPal account: orders@sum.com. Corporate / Government Purchase Orders subject to credit approval.

Fraud Prevention:

The Internet is a great place to shop. Let's keep it that way! Prior to shipping your order, we may require a completed Credit Card Authorization Form (PDF or Text Version).  It is required for all international orders.

International Orders:

International orders are welcome. In some cases, it is required that you purchase the "International" version of a particular product. Contact us for details. We accept credit card (with completed Credit Card Authorization Form  PDF or Text) and wire transfer payments prior to shipping.
